Maturity: 

- Only fully matured, old nuts are selected, with a maximum allowable defect or immature rate of approximately 3%.

- Moisture Content: Carefully dried to a low moisture range of 3–5%, ensuring long-term stability during extended ocean freight.

- Appearance: Retain a natural brownish-yellow hue, with no chemical treatments or artificial coloring applied.

- Cutting Grades: Available in whole (round) or split forms, typically sorted into commercial quality tiers based on cut/half-split ratios:
